CPA Australia 2021 Virtual Congress and Career Development Sharing Seminar

ANU China Centre worked with CPA Australia to invite ANU students to watch the live of the CPA Australia 2021 Virtual Congress and attend Career Development Sharing Seminar. This event was meant to give ANU students key opportunities to get trained, network, and gain industry knowledge from high-level leaders/mentors while absorbing and learning from their successful experiences in self-improvement and career development. The event was held on October 20th, 2021 at the Oriental Plaza in Beijing Dongcheng District.

During the career event, we set up the live of CPA Australia 2021 Virtual Congress and had career development sharing. To make the event rich and impressive, we also invited Duncan Wardle who's the former head of Innovation & Creativity of the Walt Disney Company, and Haining Zhu who's the arts Manager at the British Council North & Central China (Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy).

Besides meeting with enterprise elites, this event was also a good chance to network with other students and like-minded people who are currently interning and improving their social networking and professional communication skills. The event gave our students a first-handed insight into the recruitment needs of Fortune 500 companies.
