Mr Adrian Loader

Adrian Loader is a founder and managing director of Allegro Funds, an Australian owned private equity firm with over $4.8bn in assets under management.

Allegro specialises in transformation investing, providing capital and expertise to businesses experiencing dislocation or headwinds as well as partnering business owners to drive transformative growth.

Adrian has over 30 years' experience in private equity investment, restructuring and profit improvement advice, and has acted as an interim CEO and adviser to private equity investee companies.

Adrian is an admitted solicitor in NSW and has qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Australian National University. Mr Loader has also completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment at FINSIA and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law.

Adrian is Chairman of Team Global Express, Discovery Parks and Camp Australia and is a director of Slater & Gordon and Scyne Advisory.
