Mr Andrew Dyer
During his 27 years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Andrew held various local, regional, and global leadership positions. These included leading BCG's Global People & Organisation and Client Enablement Practices. Regionally, Andrew was a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team and ran several practices and corporate functions. Locally, Andrew chaired the Partner Development Committee and led its Financial Services Practice, twice over 20 years.
Andrew has also held key local, regional, and global governance roles. These included being a member of BCG's Global Executive Committee; the Global Election Committee; the Global and Asia Pacific Partner Performance Committees; the Audit and Risk Committee; the Long-Term Capital Committee and was a founding member of the Advisory Committee of BCG's Voluntary Investment Platform.
Over his career Andrew was also involved in several critical firm wide change initiatives.
In one of his final roles Andrew was a Fellow of the Bruce Henderson Institute where he led the development of BCG's thinking on skill building, particularly on how enterprises can create a learning system to build individual and institutional knowledge, skills, behaviours, and mindsets.
In his client work, Andrew supported business leaders in the financial services, property development and other services sectors. Key elements of his work include business portfolio reviews; business & operating model change; capability and C21st skill building; new digital business builds and cost reduction. He worked for clients in Australia, Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Andrew is currently a Senior Partner Emeritus and Senior Advisor of BCG, and a member of BCG's Council of Emeritus Senior Partners.
Andrew is the Chair of the Strategic Advisory Committee of the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre, a 10-year collaboration between industry and the university sector standing up transformative research and other initiatives to drive the digitization of the Australian economy.
Andrew is Chairman of the Rozetta Institute, a not-for-profit independent endowment, that collaborates with industry and the university sectors to spin up innovation centres that drive transformative impact in the Australian economy. Andrew is also a member of its Nominations & Renumeration and Investment Committees.
Andrew is the Chairman of Adslot Ltd, an ASX listed, global provider of disruptive media-buying workflow and trading automation platforms deployed in more than 20 countries. Andrew is also a member of its Remuneration and Audit & Risk Committees.
