75 Cities: Tokyo

Celebrate 75 years of ANU across 75 cities around the world!

TOKYO, JAPAN:

Join fellow alumni and friends for an evening of learning and celebration in Tokyo as we honour the 75th anniversary of The Australian National University.

In collaboration with the Australia-Japan Research Centre (AJRC), we welcome you to join us for the AJRC's Public Forum, followed by our alumni and friends reception event.

Hosted by Professor Brian P. Schmidt, ANU Vice-Chancellor and President, this celebration is a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet new alumni living and working in Tokyo, and to celebrate your memories of ANU.

As much as ANU has helped shape the lives of our alumni, so has our alumni community shaped ANU.

As part of the celebrations, Professor Schmidt will award Haruhiko Kuroda, Governor of the Bank of Japan and a long-time friend of ANU, with a Doctor of Laws (honoris causa).

Partners and friends are welcome to attend.

Schedule:

4.00-5.30 pm - Public Forum. Please register to ensure your seat.

6.00-8.00 pm - Alumni and Friends Reception

In registering for this event you agree to the ANU Advancement Privacy Statement.
