ANU Women’s Alumni Network presents ‘Women Lead’

This is a rescheduled event, originally planned to be a part of 2021 ANU Alumni Week.

The late ANU alumna The Hon. Susan Ryan AO showed us that 'a woman's place is in the Senate'. Are we living up to her expectations? Join this ANU Alumni Impact Makers discussion on women in politics and leadership, as we share incredible stories from women who inspire, lead and are committed to making a difference every day.

This discussion is aligned with UN Women's theme for International Women's Day (IWD) 2021 - "Women in Leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world". Women bring different experiences, perspectives and skills to the table, and make invaluable contributions to decisions, policies and laws that work better for all. This theme celebrates the tremendous efforts by women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future and recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
