Pizza with Brian is back for 2020

One of the unique experiences of ANU life is the chance to chat to the Vice-Chancellor over a slice of pizza. Come along to ‘Pizza With Brian´ on Monday 23 March from 5.30-6.30pm, on the ground floor of the Marie Reay Teaching Centre, and discover why its one of our most beloved student events. The Canberra Mentor Walks celebrated its first birthday recently. It’s been such a success that the number of walks has been increased to keep up with demand.

Every autumn and winter in Canberra, we see an influx of wild mushrooms. These mushrooms are potentially lethal and students are being reminded NOT to pick them for their own safety.

Higher Degree Research Scholarships are now open. Domestic and international students are invited to apply by 15 April, 2020.

There will be plenty of opportunities to provide your feedback and let the Project Team know the tools, training and assets you feel need to be delivered to ensure the ANU Story can be told by everyone.

University House will be selling the wine from its cellar, because the House will be closed for repairs following the January hailstorm. The sale will be on Friday 13 March from 12.30-6.30pm. Please note, sales are limited to ANU staff and students over the age of 18 years.

Following the January hail storm, which saw scores of our buildings damaged on the Acton campus, work is continuing on the remediation of these buildings. Here is the latest on these works.
