Did you know our Counselling Service runs a series of programs and workshops designed to empower students? Enrol in these useful workshops to learn the basics on things such as mindfulness, managing anxiety, having a good night’s sleep and managing your inner critic.

Support for students unable to join us yet
ANU has been working hard to ensure our students impacted by the Australian Government’s travel ban are still able to enrol and participate in their first semester courses. We’ve also created an online O-Week platform for these students who are yet to arrive in Australia.

Fitness on the Greens + Wellbeing Wednesday is back
From Wednesday 26 February, ‘Fitness on the Greens’ wellbeing classes (hosted by ANU Sport) start on the Lawns of Kambri and there are classes available at Club Lime also. These classes are FREE to students (and some to staff too) and are based on your feedback.

A reminder that ANU will never ask you for your login details in an email, nor will the University embed a link that claims to help you update your details. We’re aware of a phishing email doing the rounds that claims members’ access to services will expire soon if they don’t update their login details.
