What you need to know

  • Following yesterday's incident, the University has implemented additional measures to enhance our community's support. ANU has established a centralised incident support hub where students and staff can access real-time updates and essential support services.

     

    Please remember that staff members can reach out via the Employee Assistance Program by calling 1800 808 374 for support and counselling.

  • This On Campus edition is focused on support following the incident that occurred on campus on Monday. A standard edition of On Campus will be released on Thursday.

Wellbeing drop-in hub

Representatives from ANU People and Culture will be available to assist staff in navigating the array of support options available in response to the events of 18 September 2023.This service also extends support to people or supervisors who are assisting someone who has disclosed any mental health concerns. A drop-in service is available at the Health and Wellbeing Building (building 156 Kambri) Level 4 (meeting room 4.2) during the following dates and times:

· Wednesday 20 September     1.30 - 4pm

· Thursday 21 September         9am - 1pm

· Friday 22 September              9am - 1pm

We encourage you to update your current contact information within HORUS. This is crucial for the University to offer timely support when required and communicate important information about your studies, related administrative processes and emergencies.
