  • This Thursday is R U OK?  Day, a reminder to look out for yourself and others. If you need support, please reach out for help. Our Employee Assistance Program offers a choice counselling and advisory services for our staff members and their immediate families. You can read more information to support your wellbeing at work. 
  • The Student Safety and Wellbeing team is here to support students who may be struggling or have concerns about their wellbeing. There is also support available for staff to help students in need, please email student.wellbeing@anu.edu.au or phone 6125 2211 to speak to a Case Manager.
  • The Teaching Spaces Support continues to support academics this semester with a particular focus on room familiarisation, at-elbow support sessions, daily room checking, and priority lecture support. Read the mid-semester update.

A servant to the nation and ANU: Dr Allan Hawke
We are saddened at the passing of former ANU Chancellor Dr Allan Hawke AC.

Dr Hawke served as ANU Chancellor from 2006 to 2008, and before that was one of Australia's most senior and respected public servants and diplomats.

Professor Mark Krumholz and Professor Andrew Hassell (pictured) from the College of Science have been named Australian Research Council (ARC) Laureates.

They're helping to develop faster and more powerful supercomputers and software that will power the technologies of tomorrow.
