The COVID-19 website has had a spring clean and spruce up, to help you find the information you need, when you need it.

We have a new hub on the website for our COVID-19 protocols, guidelines and risk assessments. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself and your team with recent updates.

 

🏡 Community catch-up

Distinguished Professor Genevieve Bell has relaunched the ANU Data Commons which collects, maintains, preserves, promotes and disseminates research data. It holds a variety of research data about research projects, research datasets, services and researchers.

ANU Medical School student Stephanie Bazley is one of the many ANU students working as contact tracers, calling ACT residents who have to quarantine at home. "One of the most surprising things about this job is we're not actually talking about coronavirus a lot of the time," she says.

In response to COVID, students from the ANU School of Art & Design course Furniture: Support/Body have taken their learning outside to install a “lawn chair”: a chair and ottoman built from laser cut cardboard, gravel, soil and lawn turf.

ANU School of Music welcomes a new Harpsichord.

The ANU Drill Hall Gallery has opened Lightworks, a spectacular exhibition of colour and light by senior Australian abstract painters Virginia Coventry, Richard Dunn, Trevor Vickers and Lesley Dumbrell.
