Saving the rhinos
Rhinos have been part of the life of PROFESSOR COLIN GROVES throughout his career, even though most of histeaching and research is about primates and human evolution. In fact, his first published paper was about the Sumatran Rhinoceros.
But like all rhino enthusiasts, he is very concerned for their survival.
In the latest edition of ANU Reporter, Groves explains how there is hope for some species of rhino — and how ANU is playing its part against poachers in Vietnam.
