Joan Stanford Prize in Sociology
The Joan Stanford Prize in Sociology shall be awarded each year to the student who, in that year: completes all the requirements for a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) degree; and achieved the best result for their year (based on an average of all courses completed as part of fulfilling the requirements of the Sociology Major).The award will be decided by a committee of the HoS, UG Convenor and one other staff member from the School of Sociology on an annual basis.
