The 22nd Annual Workshop of the Australasian Language Technology Association will be held in a hybrid format at The Australian National University from 2-4 December 2024. As part of the event, we will be hosting a public lecture:
- "Generative LLMs: How They Work and Where They are Heading".
- Professor Eduard Hovy - University of Melbourne.
- 5:30-6:30 pm, Monday 2 December, 2025.
- Innovation Space (2F). 35 Science Road, Birch Building, ANU Campus.
The ALTA 2024 workshop is the key local forum for socialising research results in natural language processing and computational linguistics, with presentations, posters and demonstrations from students, industry, and academic researchers. Like previous years, we would also like to encourage submissions and participation from industry and government researchers and developers.
