There are many relaxation resources available online. Here are some free online relaxation resources to support student wellbeing.
Breathing relaxation

Muscle relaxation

Mindfulness
- Free mindfulness Resources - online audio guided exercises such as: Mindfulness of breath, brief mindfulness practices, body scan, sitting meditations, mindful movement.
