We aim to respond to your enquiry within 2 business days. During peak periods our response can take 7 business days or more.

Callback service 
We encourage you to use our callback service to avoid waiting on the phone. This service will retain your place in line and we will call you back when you reach the front of the queue.

If you're starting at ANU in Semester 1, 2026, join our live online information sessions to help you prepare for your studies:

  • choosing courses and understanding your program requirements
  • how to enrol on ANUHub
  • generating your timetable in MyTimetable
  • student fees and payment options
  • getting set up with ANU systems and IT access
  • preparing for life in Canberra.

O-Week and Week 1 sessions (9-20 February 2026)

  • Session dates and times:
    • 3:30-5pm, 18 February - Enrolment and timetabling
    • 9-10am, 26 February - Understanding International student fees
    • 4-5pm, 26 February  - Understanding Domestic student fees
  • Registrations for these sessions will open by Tuesday 6 January 2026
